Hong Kong is one of the leading dispute resolution centres in the Asia-Pacific region, and a preferred venue for the resolution of commercial disputes.

The International Institute for Mediation (IOMed) is expected to be operational by the end of this year or early next year, supporting Hong Kong to bring in play its edge as a leading centre for international legal and dispute resolution services in the Asia-Pacific region, to promote mediation as the first step in dispute resolution and connecting local, regional and global parties.

The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre also provides cost effective, efficient, and reliable dispute resolution services, including mediation, arbitration, and adjudication.
