Nature of Business Statement:
My enterprise does not provide IP intermediary services.

An IP intermediary generally refers to a party or platform that offers and provides one or more intermediary services for an arrangement, activity, task, negotiation, transaction or proceedings which involves addressing and/or resolving an IP issue, such as IP registration, IP arbitration and mediation, IP matching services, IP legal services, IP valuation etc.

1. In-house “IP Manager” or staff members in managerial position of enterprises which have participated in the “IP Manager Scheme”.
2. This workshop only accepts non-IP intermediaries*. Applications from enterprises which are law firms or providing IP intermediary services will not be accepted.
3. Recommend participants to be equipped with basic IP knowledge or have completed the “IP Manager Training Programme”.

Purpose of Collection: The personal data you provide will be used for processing your registration, future correspondence and in relation to activities for the promotion of this programme. Transfer of Personal Data: For the purposes of collection mentioned above, the personal data you provide may be disclosed to Government departments, organisations and service contractors that are directly involved in this programme. Access to / Correction of Personal Data: In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correct the personal data provided.
