Organised by the Department of Justice (DoJ) and supported by the Intellectual Property Department, the Mediation Conference 2022 “Mediate First: Harmony from Now to Beyond” will be held on 6 May 2022. The full-day event includes 3 panel discussions namely “Cross-boundary Family Disputes: the Potential of Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement of Family Mediated Settlement Agreements in GBA”, “Mediating Disputes during Covid-19” and “Metaverse: Happily Ever After or a Dangerous Start?”.
