【IP Service Provider Programme】IP302 Workshop on the Twelfth Edition, Version 2023 of the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks (the Nice Classification)
The Trade Marks Registry is going to conduct a workshop on 15 December 2022 to introduce the Twelfth Edition, Version 2023 of the International Classification of Goods and Services (“Twelfth Edition”) which will be applied in Hong Kong on 1 January 2023 for the purpose of registration of trade marks.

Introduction to the use of the Twelfth Edition
Major classification changes to be made by the Twelfth Edition
Briefing on the changes to be made in the Trade Marks Registry’s Cross Search List resulting from the entry into force of the Twelfth Edition
Introduction to the reclassification of goods and services in accordance with the Twelfth Edition
