The course will cover an overview of the domain name system, types of abuse and infringement (such as cybersquatting, phishing, typosquatting, etc.) and how to use a speedy and cost-effective specialised domain name dispute resolution process to protect intellectual property (IP).  It will include case studies and practical step by step guidance on how to file and succeed in a domain name dispute case.
