The Trade Marks Registry is going to conduct a workshop on 12 December 2025 to introduce the Thirteenth Edition, Version 2026 of the International Classification of Goods and Services (“Thirteenth Edition”) which will be applied in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 1 January 2026 for the purpose of registration of trade marks.

A confirmation email will be issued to successful enrolments. Those who do not receive the confirmation email may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
Intellectual Property Department reserves the final rights to accept any registration.
